Q: When will I receive my edited images?
A: Your edited images will be ready within 7-14 days. You will receive an email from Pixieset that includes a 4 digit pin to download your photos. The link does expire, so it's best to download them as soon as possible.

Q: Are my final images edited?
A: Yes, all of the final images from your session are edited. They will be cropped, straightened, and color corrected.

Q: Is a deposit required to book?
A: Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. Your session fee deposit can be made via debit or credit card through Square. Any appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you need to cancel your portrait session, all deposits act as a cancellation fee. In order to credit your deposit towards a future session, 48 hours advance notice of cancellation is required (1). Repeated cancellations may result in the photographer denying service.

Q: What are my rights to the digital prints?
A: You have the right to reprint your images whenever you wish. However, you cannot sell them for profit or publish them without written consent from jazzshotit. If you choose to post your images online, please credit the photographer.
